Home About us Diversity

Our Diversity and Reconciliation Plans integrate diversity and inclusion into business processes and practices, with particular focus on:

  • People and talent management
  • Business development
  • Communications
  • Supplier diversity.

This plan helps achieve a competitive advantage and improve our corporate culture, client relations, recruitment and productivity. The skills, perspectives, and experiences of individuals from different backgrounds leads to more innovative and efficient business practices.

We encourage people from a wide range of backgrounds to work with us, especially those from the following groups

  • Women (in management)
  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander
  • People with disabilities
  • People from Culturally & Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds
  • People over 45 years of age
  • Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex (LGBTI) persons.

In 2015, we partnered with CareerTrackers to partake in their Indigenous Internship Program. This provides an avenue to match the need for corporate diversity with a structured, proven and results-based program.
The program enables private sector internship opportunities for Indigenous university students.
